地處山西最南端的芮城縣，為晉、秦、豫三省交界，是山西省的“南大門”。聳立在縣域北緣的中條山，南側光照豐富卻是禿山荒坡，裸露著石質山體原貌。以前種啥啥不活的荒山禿嶺，現在每年能給村里帶來十來萬元收入。

作為古今兵家必爭之地，名聲在外的中條山則聳立在芮城縣域的北緣。這里地勢北高南低，一面陽坡，呈階梯狀分布，暖溫帶大陸性半濕潤氣候，是光伏發電的實驗基地的理想地域。

該電站是晉南地區首座集中式光伏電站，也是山西省乃至全國最大的集中式光伏電站，規劃總裝機容量1020MWp，項目總投資88億元。

山西芮城光伏領跑者示范基地內的100兆瓦光伏發電項目全容量并網發電，位于中條山南側60度荒坡上的“藍盔甲”開始收獲“陽光”，源源不斷將太陽能轉化的電能通過電網送入千家萬戶。

電站并網后，預計第一年上網電量可達5916.55萬度，建成后年均發電量11億千瓦時，年均發電銷售收入8.8億元。

一眼望去都是數不勝數光伏，不僅看上去好看，場面蔚為壯觀，而且還可以為大家所用。

事實上，為荒山披上“藍盔甲”并不容易，據基地負責人介紹，芮城項目為山地電站，部分山坡坡度超過60度，車輛上不去，靠著200多名四川專業“挑工”，將近40斤重的光伏板一塊一塊背上山。

芮城基地項目除中條山1.1萬畝石山荒坡鋪上太陽能光伏板變成“致富山”，山腳下平整的8000畝坡地將進行“林光互補”，9到10月份開始種植油牡丹。

按照合同，水峪村的荒山將連續25年每年給村里帶來十余萬元的收入，集體財產破了零后，村里計劃成立個一個農業開發公司，進行農牧養殖銷售。

該項目還將光伏發電與中藥材、灌木林業相結合，形成“上面發電、下面育苗、科學開發、綜合利用”的農光互補、林光互補等生態互補建設模式，綜合利用空間資源發展新能源，實現土地生態經濟效益的最大化，帶動農業農村經濟持續健康發展。

The power station is the first centralized PHOTOVOLTAIC power station in southern Shanxi Province and the largest centralized photovoltaic power station in Shanxi Province and even in China. The planned total installed capacity is 1020MWp, and the total investment of the project is 8.8 billion yuan.

The 100 MEGAwatt photovoltaic power generation project in shanxi Ruicheng Pv Leader demonstration base is fully connected to the grid. "Blue Armor" located on the barren slope of 60 degrees south of Zhongtiao Mountain begins to harvest "sunshine", and continuously sends electricity converted from solar energy to thousands of households through the grid.

After the power station is connected to the grid, it is expected to generate 59.1655 million KWH of electricity in the first year, generate 1.1 billion KWH of electricity annually, and generate 880 million YUAN of sales revenue annually.

In fact, it is not easy to put on the "blue armor" for barren mountains. According to the person in charge of the base, Ruicheng project is a mountain power station, some slopes are more than 60 degrees, vehicles can not get on, relying on more than 200 Sichuan professional "pick workers", nearly 40 kg of photovoltaic panels on the back of the mountain one by one.
